As a community of 250 talent leaders, we have seen firsthand how technology is being created today to cannibalize our ecosystem and cheapen the human experience of talent advocacy. Recruiting is both art and science and we believe that no tool can replace the value of human connection nor should they try.

That’s why our ecosystem built TalentDex: to help our fellow recruiters stay ahead in a rapidly changing industry. As a community we come together with our collective expertise to incubate tools that enhance our profession while staying true to what matters most — trust, collaboration, and people.

TalentDex was a collective labor of love. Our mission with this product is to amplify the power of relationships. This is our way of ensuring that recruiters not only thrive in the age of AI, but also retain the human touch that sets them apart.

As a legally registered cooperative Syelo builds products with the mindset of collective ownership. That means 250+ recruiters own this product and decide it’s future- not a venture fund, private equity shop, or entrepreneur who knows nothing about talent acquisition.
